Responsible for the supervision of a dedicated
Service Desk Team. The Service Desk Supervisor
ensures that incidents and service requests are

Level Agreements (SLA).
Builds the CMBD, and enforces ITIL policies

problems from the trouble tickets.
The Supervisor will develop and write
processes and procedures as needed to improve
the quality of services performed and
delivered by the Service Desk Team.
Will mentor and train Service Desk team members on
technical developments, customer service
and serve as a resource for handling advance
trouble ticket issues that
cannot be handled by the staff.
The Service Desk Supervisor will also assist with
call overflow as needed to ensure Service Level
Agreements are being met.
Makes necessary recommendations to the appropriate
customer liaison(s) regarding changes in
processes, procedures and any conditions that
may be causing unnecessary trouble tickets.
In addition the on going review of trouble
tickets should include analysis to encourage
user independence and decrease
call volume. Assure compliance with organizational
objectives and service level agreements in areas
such as incident management, problem management
and change environment. Assist in
operational-level troubleshooting activity,
identify root causes of problems, and provide
solutions to prevent future occurrence.

Broad Function:
Create and compare scenarios –best case, worst
case to make decision making easier.
The candidate should be able to do the following:
Setting up a robust, printable financial model.
Data validation.
Inputs vs. formulae.
Customizing numbers.
Absolute s. dynamic referencing.
Cell names.
Range names.
Will construct a budgeted profit and loss account,
a balance sheet and a cash flow statement for the
company.
Preparing financial models for single projects,
and consequently help senior managers to take
sound decisions.
Education/Experience/Skills/Others Required:
Minimum Requirements:
3 years experience
Should be excellent and has an extensive use of
Excel and of spreadsheets (using spreadsheets,
formulae, formatting and creating charts in Excel)
plus a good knowledge of financial techniques.
Has knowledge in providing the most effective ways
to design, cross-check and structure the financial
models.
Has the ability to build robust and flexible models
to perform add-ins and make amendments while
maintaining the integrity of the spreadsheets
Should have hands on experience that will allow
him to save time of modeling manipulation, get the
job fast and painlessly.
The candidate should have good knowledge in working
with the financial statements and fundamental
financial concepts.
