 Responsible for the supervision of a dedicated
 Service Desk Team. The Service Desk Supervisor

 delivered by the Service Desk Team.                                                             
 Will mentor and train Service Desk team members on

 trouble ticket issues that
 cannot be handled by the staff.
 The Service Desk Supervisor will also assist with

 The candidate should be able to do the following:
 Setting up a robust, printable financial model.
 Data validation.
 Inputs vs. formulae.
 Customizing numbers.
 Absolute s. dynamic referencing.
 Cell names.
 Range names.
 Will construct a budgeted profit and loss account,
 a balance sheet and a cash flow statement for the
 company.
 Preparing financial models for single projects,
 and consequently help senior managers to take
 sound decisions.


Education/Experience/Skills/Others Required:


Minimum Requirements:

 3 years experience
 Should be excellent and has an extensive use of
 Excel and of spreadsheets (using spreadsheets,
 formulae, formatting and creating charts in Excel)
 plus a good knowledge of financial techniques.
 Has knowledge in providing the most effective ways
 to design, cross-check and structure the financial
 models.
 Has the ability to build robust and flexible models
 to perform add-ins and make amendments while
 maintaining the integrity of the spreadsheets
 Should have hands on experience that will allow
 him to save time of modeling manipulation, get the
 job fast and painlessly.
 The candidate should have good knowledge in working
 with the financial statements and fundamental
 financial concepts.
