Customer Services provides warranty, installation startup and smooth operation for the Compaq platform ALPHA, VAX, MIPS, Servers and StorageWorks as well as other multi-vendor platforms (Enterprise Servers & Storage). Hardware product support comes in the shape of high-level tech support for Intel, AMD Cyrix processor based personal computers and notebooks. In addition to annual maintenance agreements, CNS offers corrective/ remedial support on a per-call basis.

System Software product support
