Technical Architect - Oracle Technology [ref: OT0201]
 
As an accredited partner we focus on the Oracle Data base and Middleware technologies that sustain the applications. These include Business Intelligence, Active Data Guard, Identity Management, etc. Designing backup solutions, improving business productivity and meeting financial compliance are areas where you will need to perform.

We are seeking to increase our team with individuals who have a track record in these areas. You will have a high level of technical competence on the main Oracle technologies and experience of working on complex technology solutions in a front line role.
 
 
Technical Architect - Active Networks [ref: AN0201]
 
With Cisco and HP ProCurve as our core technologies and products we have successfully implemented many solutions to include, WAN, Data Center, Unified Communications, WLAN, security, etc becoming a leading and capable integrator.
 
As our team grows we are seeking talented individuals who can complement us in the following areas; High Level Network design, Proof of Concept,
Security Compliance, Mobility Infrastructure, etc. You will hold a minimum of CCIE or equivalent in your area of specialization and will have 1-2 years experience of network design.
 
 
Technical Architect - Microsoft [ref: MS0201]
 
Within the Specialist Technologies practice the requirement is for creating technical designs and ensuring design compliance standards are maintained. This is a pre-sales role that requires good technical skills and customer skills.
 
The right candidate will be able to understand Microsoft products to include SharePoint, Exchange, SQL, Security, etc. You will work with other CNS practices to ensure winning designs and proposals are created. You will hold a MCSE, MCSA or MCSD plus an advance qualification as a specialist in a complementary technology or product.
 
 
Oracle - Data Base Administrator/Application Developer [ref: DB0201]
 
We have a number of outplacement positions where you will as part of our customer IT operations such as DBA. This requires the ability to quickly fit in to the customers team and understand their processes and procedures. Such positions are typically a minimum 12 month placement.
 
You will have 3-5 years experience of Oracle data base either 9i, 10g, or 11g with OCP or OCM levels. This will be enhanced with specializations such as performance tuning. As these positions vary according to each customer’s needs then the technical skills and experience levels will vary.
 
 
Technical Architect - Virtualization [ref: VI0201]
 
With focus on server, application and Data Center virtualization, the technology practices design enterprise level solutions that enable the simplification of traditional server based solutions and DR designs. Such designs range from best practices for new projects or are adapted to apply to an existing infrastructure.
 
Working with x86/x64 or HP and Sun technologies you will be VMware VCP certified, having gained experience of designing server/data center virtualization solutions. Alternatively certification and experience of Microsoft Hyper V or Citrix XenServer may qualify you for this position.
 
 
Sales Account Manager - Various industry verticals [ref: SA0201]
 
Our success has been achieved with the ability to focus on the customers requirements and a knowledge of both the industry and technology. With more focus on solutions we are looking for talented account managers who will communicate at senior management level to understand business needs and offer technology based solutions.
 
Working with CNS pre-sales and the OEMs and ISVs that we partner with, you will manage assigned named accounts to ensure that we are positioned as a trusted advisor and a long term partner.
 
 
Customer Services Engineer - Various technology based positions [ref: CS0201]
 
With our leading Advantage!CNS services brand we are fast expanding our customer services teams to deliver on-site and back-line support to our customers. Operating under ISO9001 and ITIL v3 standards, we deliver support across the UAE and Oman.
 
We are looking for staff with 3-4 years experience of a wide range of enterprise hardware and software infrastructure products including HP servers, Cisco Networks, Sun Storage, Microsoft OS, WebSense Security, etc. You will be able to diagnose and resolve technical problems at L1 and L2 levels, escalating to the OEM if required.


Project Manager - ICT based projects [ref: PM0201]

Project Management is a critical success factor and CNS needs professional staff to manage the many projects planned for 2010. We have positions in our PMO working with various CNS technical and nontechnical teams. You will work direct with the customer and will be able to integrate and coordinate with the customers project plans.

The right candidate will posses at least five years solid experience in managing complex projects, ideally ICT infrastructure, by following PMI standards, with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time. Knowledge of MS project and Visio is a plus.


Implementation Engineer - Various product specialized positions [ref: IM0201]

Under the Leverage!CNS professional services brand we implement technologies and products that we design and sustain. Ranging from turnkey projects, core infrastructure installation and through to upgrades and enhancements, the implementation team ensures that the technology is fully integrated and functional.

If you have 3-4 years of hands on implementation experience across a wide range of technologies from servers to storage to security, then we can offer you the challenge of working in a growing solutions focused company.


Customer Services - Services Account Manager & Services Specialist [ref: SE0201]

With our growing Managed and Support Services organization comes the need to manage our key accounts where service is a key deliverable. Ensuring that we understand and adapt to the responsibility of helping to support our customer’s infrastructure creates the requirement for closer relationships.

These are non technical roles that will suit individuals who understand what customer service is really about in an ICT environment. You will understand our services portfolio and ensure that our customers maximize the value of our services.


Technology Desk - Various technology specializations [ref: TD0201]

Complementing the solutions part of our business is the requirement to respond to existing and new customers that require simple technology designs or individual products via telephone or email requests. The technology desk is responsible for the accuracy of the completed BOQ and the pricing of the products.

The successful applicants will have a basic technical background to ensure the technical suitability and compatibility of the quotation being provided. This is an office based role that is an ideal career move for those wanting to move to pre-sales or technical.


Non Technical Trainer - In-house and customer focused [ref: TT0201]

As we grow our business then we need to develop our sta. With the recent internal release of the CNS Sales, Management and Technical Academies comes the need for an experienced trainer to assist in the delivery of Instructor Led Training and the development of Web Based Training.

The role will cover core skills in areas such as customer care, communication, etc plus essentials such as processes and procedures, staff induction, etc. Training may also be delivered to customers on a demand or project basis.
