Introduction

Cutting Edge Solution:

Even the largest and most mature of organizations will benefit from  independent advice and assistance when considering the various scenarios that always present themselves and what outline solutions are available. It is often easy to fall into the trap of jumping to cause or have a prescribed solution in mind that could prohibit the full realization of the benefits that can be achieved and the risks that will be accepted. Independent Advice & Assistance:

CNS is able to provide independent advice and assistance regardless the design, architecting, integration and management of any ICT based solution. This can be based on an ad hoc basis such as participation in a workshop or via a structured engagement where the scope and deliverables are clearly defined. We work with most major OEM’s who individually provide specific skills and experience but are limited by their own products and technologies. CNS has consistently followed a non single vendor best-in-class and best-of-breed policy that provides a more unbiased and balanced view on what technology solution is most appropriate.

CNS has over twenty years front line experience in the Middle East of architecting, integrating and maintaining technology solutions to address the opportunities and threats that present themselves to all types of organizations. Our customers include central and local government, utilities, international, regional, and local enterprises, small businesses, and not-for-profit organizations. By working jointly on problem definition and opportunity sizing we have developed and refined our approach to work with our customers in an effective way.

 

We are formal partnerships with all of the  major ICT best-of-breed OEM’s and have strategic alliances with many best-in-class OEM’s, ISV’s, consultancy and services organizations that provides a very rich and balanced perspective. Our organizational structure includes solution architects, business analysts, technology consultants, project managers, systems administrators, DBA’s and ICT managers. We have hands-on experience of managing from concept through to sustaining mature solutions across all industries.

 

DREAM methodology


We are able to provide significant benefit by working at a level that starts even before the consideration of ICT as part of the solution. By engaging business and technical experts from the beginning, we can help introduce not just independent experience and knowledge, but a CNS developed methodology that will increase the scope of the engagement and increase the quality and longevity of the solution. This methodology will span the complete solution lifespan and will be used by customer and CNS engineers, managers and administrators alike. CNS staff will apply and share this methodology to ensure the success of all technology integrations and on-going services engagements. We call this DREAM.
